To all AHC members,

Please be advised that the Auburn Hockey Club's annual spring meeting will be held:

Date:  Wednesday, May 04, 2016
Location:  Auburn Correctional Facility Recreation Center, 3579 Franklin St. Rd.
Time:  6:30 p.m.

Newly elected board members will be determined at this meeting from the submitted ballots.
Ballots have been mailed to members in good standing and you should be receiving them anytime.

There are four (4) openings on the board and six (6) petitions were received from:
  1. Tom Prairie
  2. Michael Hogan
  3. John Testa
  4. Maryclaire Pineau
  5. Melanie Maher
  6. Jim Moore

You may vote for up to four (4) of the above named.

Please complete your ballots and return them in the self addressed stamped envelope or bring them to the May 4th meeting.  Only those ballots received by the start of the meeting will be counted.

Also, on the back of the ballot is a request for a change in the club's by-laws.  It is basically stating that if there are any vacancies on the board, the person filling the vacancy will serve the remainder of the term.

This change requires a membership vote, so please make sure you vote "yes" or "no" for the change.

Please make sure everyone votes as your voice is important.

Thank you,
Jim Moore
President
